We have a limitation from Canva that it only works under our domain (app.cardclan.io), so for using Canva design on a white-labelled domain you will have to download the design and then upload it.

Workaround Solution

To use Canva designs on your white-labeled domain:
  1. Create your design in Canva on app.cardclan.io
  2. Download the design from Canva
  3. Upload the downloaded design to your white-labeled domain

This is a current limitation imposed by Canva’s integration policies. Direct Canva integration only works on the main CardClan domain.
