Who can set it up
The workspace owner and workspace managers can design the page and turn it on or off. Team members don’t see the setting, but they can still hide the page on a card.Design your last page
1
Open the setting
Go to Settings → Default Last Page.
2
Edit the page
Click Edit page. The page opens in the card editor with the usual tools: text, images, buttons (CTAs), GIFs, shapes and background.
3
Design and save
Add your logo, website, address or a call to action. Changes save automatically. Click Done or Back to settings when you’re finished.
4
Turn it on
Back in Settings → Default Last Page, switch on Add to every card. The preview shows the page as it will appear.
How it works
- Every card, including sent ones. The page is added when a card is opened, not copied into each card. Turning it on, editing it, or turning it off takes effect right away on every card in the workspace, including cards you’ve already sent.
- Always the last page. It always comes after the card’s own pages. Any blank pages the viewer adds to even out the page count go before it.
- Fits every card. The page is scaled to each card’s size, so it looks right even on cards with different dimensions.
- Only this workspace. The page is added only to cards in the workspace where you set it up.
The default last page is static: every recipient sees the same page. Merge tags aren’t available while you edit it, and text like
{{name}} typed on the page shows exactly as typed. To personalize text or images, use merge tags on the card’s own pages.Hide it on one card
When the default last page is on, the card editor shows a note below the pages: “This card ends with your workspace’s default last page.” Check Hide on this card to leave the page off that card only. Uncheck it to bring the page back. The Edit it in Settings link next to the note takes you to the setting.Where it doesn’t appear
- Video cards. Video cards don’t include the default last page.
- The email. The page only appears in the card viewer when the recipient opens the card. The email itself is unchanged.
