Let’s assume that you have created and sent a card and for some reason, the card was not sent. In order to resend the card, follow these steps:

Step 1: Locate the Card

Click on the Cards tab. Locate the card that was not sent. Cards Tab

Step 2: Access Resend Options

Click on the little (i) icon. You will see a box pop up. Here you can see all the cards that are not sent with an Error. Simply click Resend to try again. Resend Options
This will help you resend any card that failed to send initially.
