Let’s assume that you have created and sent a card and for some reason, the card was not sent. In order to resend the card, follow these steps:Documentation Index

Step 1: Locate the Card
Click on the Cards tab. Locate the card that was not sent.
Step 2: Access Resend Options
Click on the little (i) icon. You will see a box pop up. Here you can see all the cards that are not sent with an Error. Simply click Resend to try again.
